Last year, we announced a technical integration between Safeguard and Smoothwall Monitor (Managed Service). Our customers told us they loved the integration, and that Proactive Ditial monitoring without integrated record-keeping risks incidents not being recorded. They also told us that busy education professionals want time-saving solutions. So in response to that, we have brought Safeguard into the Smoothwall family to offer a tightly integrated, compliant, time-saving Proactive Monitoring and Record Keeping solution – all under one roof. This is the first time this has been offered by any one vendor.
Naturally, we appreciate that the world of education technology is heterogenous, and we will continue our work behind the scenes to develop integrations with other leading record-keeping service providers, in the best interests of you, our customers.
